If you already registered, but did not purchase a reception or banquet ticket, but would like to now purchase reception or banquet tickets, please use this link.

We encourage people interested in participating in this workshop to register as soon as possible and to follow the instructions provided below for payment of registration fees. You must register at the Registration Page link above. Once you register you will receive an email confirmation. 

The registration fee covers meeting costs, refreshments, and PPPL tour transportation.  Reception and banquet tickets will need to be purchased separately; extra tickets can also be purchased for accompanying persons. 

NOTE:  If you are a Foreign National, you must also fill out the Registration Form For Non-U.S. Citizens Visiting PPPL. Follow the link to Foreign National Visitors


COSTS AND METHODS FOR REGISTRATION AND RECEPTION AND BANQUET TICKET PAYMENT

Payments must be received by October 2, 2015
  • Regular / Student Registration Fee: $95 / $50 
  • Catered Wine Reception Fee: $30
  • Banquet Fee:  $70
Guests who wish to attend the reception and/or banquet must purchase a ticket separately; extra tickets can also be purchased for accompanying persons.

NOTE:  PPPL / U.S. federal / DOE subcontractor attendees cannot
be reimbursed for reception or banquet fees, but registration fees are reimbursable.

Payment methods accepted include Personal Check (received on or before 10/1/15), Wire Transfer or Credit Card.

Registration Cancellation/Refunds

* A notification of cancellation and a request for a refund must be received in writing. All cancellation/refund requests will be assessed a $25 processing fee REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR CANCELLATION.
