Meeting Format

The meeting will consist of extended oral presentations, oral presentations, and a poster session to be held during the workshop, and will end with a summary session. The abstracts will be selected and classified by the International Program Committee into oral and poster presentations in the following formats:

• Extended Oral: 30 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions

• Oral: 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes for questions

• Posters: Width = 96 inches = 240 cm, Height = 48 inches = 120 cm

The official language of the meeting is English.

A meeting program will be developed based on the abstracts received.

A first draft program will be issued in September 2015.
